There are really no perfect words for this… only a very full heart.
Over the past few days, I’ve been going through the messages, the cards, the kind notes, and all the memories that were shared… 💌
And I just keep coming back to the same feeling—
I am so incredibly grateful.

To those who sent flowers, prayers, and messages…
To those who reached out quietly in your own way…

There are a lot of tears… but many of them are “happy tears” (just like Russ said in a video he recorded for his celebration of life😊), because of the overwhelming love and support that surrounded me.
It means more than I can possibly put into words… 💛

A Legacy That Continues
For more than 25 years, Russ and I stood side by side sharing a message that safety is never just about rules or procedures.
It’s about caring for the people, your families, coworkers, and friends.
That message doesn’t end here.
While this season looks a little different… The heart behind Youngstrom Safety remains the same.
I’m still here—continuing the work that Russ and I cared so deeply about.
Still sharing the message.
Still having the conversations that move safety from the Head⛑️ to the Heart💛.
